Yahoo Mail Issue - Premium Predictions Not Received

Was fire fighting since yesterday night till now as many Premium Guild House Members started to sms me asking why they had yet to receive the Monday's ToTo Predictions. One by one I manually send them the predictions either via email (to their other accounts and attaching a screenshot that show the predictions had indeed been send out) or sms.

Finally after sending out the predictions to members who did not receive I can start to trace what is the cause of this problem. Strangely the problem seem to be isolated to only Yahoo Mail user (@yahoo.com) and it seem some emails are able to get through while most are somehow lose. I done a few tests with a few fellow Guild House Members (Thanks for taking time off to help me in the testing) and it is confirm Yahoo Mail (@yahoo.com) indeed do not receive any emails from HouseOfToTo.com. There is no bounce email, not in spam nor is it filter or forwarded, the email I send from HouseOfToTo.com seem to have just disappear for members using Yahoo Mail.

Hence I send out an emergency sms to all Yahoo Mail Premium Guild House Members (wow do we have alot of Yahoo Mail users!) asking to provide me with a Gmail email address. So far I manage to get the response from about 90% of the members so if you happen to be a Premium Guild House Members and had not responded to me kindly let me know your Gmail email address so that I can continue to liaise with you via email. I had also put up a note in both the FAQ and Premium Guild House Membership signup page to recommend using Gmail email address as the primary and preferred email address.

Also I will like all Premium Guild House Members to help me in alerting me should you not receive any predictions by the following schedule. You can alert me by email or sms (a new number will be provided once I purchase a new SMS solution) me.

• 9pm Sunday - Monday ToTo
• 9pm Wednesday - Thursday Toto
• 9pm Tuesday - The week 4D

Once again will like to thanks all Premium Guild House Members for helping me to do testing and I am sorry for any delay caused in delivering the predictions to you for today draw and hope to seek your understanding that this is a case where by I have no control over the communication between the various email servers. Do be assured that I will do my best to ensure that all predictions and information arrive on time.
