This change came about because the free predictions which House Of ToTo had been providing for past 9 draws had generated positive results, scoring 2 x 3+1 and 1 x 4+1 in the 9 draws. This is a 33.333% winning rate and thus with premium predictions I hope to increase the winning rate to 80% if possible.
